Leonard W. Kotwitz petitions for review of the final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (the "Board"), Docket No. CH-3443-98-0303-I-1, dismissing his appeal for lack of jurisdiction. On March 30, 1998, the Administrative Judge (the "AJ") dismissed Mr. Kotwitzs appeal requesting the Board to enforce a series of arbitration decisions arising from Mr. Kotwitzs unions labor contract with the United States Postal Service (the "agency"). This initial decision was rendered final when the full Board denied review on September 2, 1998. Because the Board correctly determined that it lacked jurisdiction to enforce the arbitrators decisions, we affirm.
