Petitioner-appellant Mariama Koulibaly seeks review of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") order of removal. Koulibaly argues that the BIA erred by: (1) adopting and affirming the Immigration Judges finding that Koulibaly was not credible; and (2) denying Koulibalys applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the Convention Against Torture ("CAT"). For the following reasons, we grant Koulibalys petition for review, vacate the judgment of the BIA, and remand for further consideration.
